OUTSOURCED MANAGED RECRUITMENT SERVICE

Example Outsourcing Agreement based on Resource Selection employing up to 7 temporary contractors

Implementation/set up charge £500.00

Monthly admin charge £ 35.00

Yearly admin charge £ 40.00

The Agreement to run for a minimum six months

The objective is for Resource Selection to provide an outsourced managed recruitment and employment service by carrying out the following:

Facilitating and co-ordinating the recruitment of temporary staff (without charging introductory fees), acting as the first point of contact and by providing a confidential recruitment service via the Internet, local or national advertising

Employing the temporary staff on behalf of the client company and invoicing on a monthly basis for their services

Employing the temporary staff via a payroll bureau service, requiring an absolute minimum of 5 days and preferably 7 days' notice prior to paying their salaries each month.

Providing appropriate Conditions of Work covering the period of employment

Flexing the payment terms of the agreement depending upon the time taken to settle the invoices as follows:

Non discounted terms of business provide for a 33.3% margin payable within 14 days or

Discounted terms of business provide for a 20% margin payable upon presentation
